Our "Signature Soup" Story
It all started with our Founder, an overwhelmed new mother, and a bowl of soup...
"12 years ago when I became a new mom, I was feeling overwhelmed, alone, exhausted and I had no idea what I was doing. We ended up hiring a Motherhood Concierge Master Doula 2 to 3 days a week for a few hours just to help me get through those first couple of hard weeks. The early days of motherhood were such a blur, but I will always remember the day she came into my home, took care of my baby, laid me down to rest, went into my kitchen and made me this soup. It was one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted but more than anything I will never forget the way she and this soup made me feel. I felt the most extreme form of love, nourishment and care. And to this day, every time I make this soup, I try to make others feel the same way."

Years later Laney transitioned from an elementary school teacher to a food blogger, teaching busy moms how to cook simple and delicious meals for their families. Her version of this signature soup lives on her website as a gift for others to make and share.
After 12 years of searching our Founder and Laney were reunited and Motherhood Concierge was born to provide the same form of extreme love to Mothers everywhere.
